SHIPPING:
1) Shipping Times & Cost:
Canada
Standard: 3-7 Days ($18.00 USD)
Express: 2-3 Days ($35.00 USD)
USA

International: 5-15 Days ($20.00 USD)

2) Processing Time:
Please allow 24-48 Hours for our team to process your order once payment confirmation is received. Our team handpicked your order and goes through an inspection process before being shipped out to you. This excludes weekends, as we ship from Monday-Friday.
During sale periods or the holidays, please allow up to 3-5 business days due to higher-than-normal order volumes. Weekends do not count.
3) Flash Sales & Holidays
There may be a delay in dispatching your order during our flash sales, promotions, or peak busy periods. Please allow 1-3 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped in order of earliest to latest. You will receive an email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.
4) Tracking Your Order
You should receive a tracking number in your email. You can also reach out to our customer service team at support@kinobody.com - We offer 24/7 Customer Service and are eager to assist you with your order.
Don't worry if your tracking number is not active; it can take up to 3-5 days after shipment for our logistics partners to activate a tracking number. Rest assured that you will receive the item you've ordered.
5) Returning Your Order
You have 14 days from the day the order is processed to submit a cancellation through our portal. Your responsibility is to send the item/s back to the Kollar Clothings warehouse if you require a refund or an exchange.

Kino does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
Please allow three business days to process your return once our warehouse receives it. This can take up to 5 business days in sale periods.
We offer refunds to your original payment method on full priced items returned to us, after the item has been received and inspected.
Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
RETURNS:
6) Return Policy
Returns must adhere to the following:
‣ Must be returned within 14 days of the items being delivered.
‣ Any sale items over 20% discounted, including Black Friday, Boxing day, Flash sale, Cyber Monday, Canada Day, Easter, and Holidays are excluded from returns. Only exchanges or store credit.
‣ Any sale items over 60% discounted, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sale, Cyber Monday, Canada Day, Easter, and Holidays are deemed as final sales.
‣ Items must be returned in their original packaging
‣ All tags must still be attached to the unworn items
‣ Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odors
‣ If you are returning footwear to us, please ensure these are returned in the shoe box within a mailing bag (please do not just tape the box)
‣ Gift cards cannot be returned
If the above is not adhered to when you make the return. Kino reserves the right to return the item to you.
Helpful Tips :
‣ write RETURN on the front of any parcel you wish to return. If you fail to do so, you will be subject to additional customs and shipping charges. We also may withhold to decline your parcel.
‣ Shoes - Please try on the shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.
‣ Store credit on an e-gift card is offered for any returned sale item or items purchased using a discount code.
ORDERING:
7) Change or Cancel Your Order
Please email us at support@kinobody.com with the subject “CANCEL ORDER: (ORDER NUMBER HERE)” and we will do our best to cancel the order on time. Please understand that we could not cancel the order if an order was already packaged and sent out for delivery. Cancellation can only happen within the first 12 hours of ordering. Otherwise, it is not guaranteed we could cancel it, and you might lose your shipping fee cost.
8) How to Confirm a Successful Order
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. To ensure that this goes into your inbox, please add support@kinobody.com to your contacts. Otherwise, your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us directly.
9) Missing Items in Your Order
If an item you have ordered is missing from the online order# that you receive after placing your order, it will likely have been removed because it is out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact support@kinobody.com immediately with the following information:
- Order Number
- Missing Item(s)
Our support team will investigate the matter and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
** All missing item claims must be made within seven days of the delivery date of your order. **
10) Wrong Size or Faulty Product
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault or the wrong item was sent to you, we will replace the product or refund the product's price to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.
MISC QUESTIONS
11) Promo Code Not Working
Promo Codes usually are issued with an expiration. That’s one of the main reasons a code will not work. To get more information on a code that was recently given to you, email us at support@bydavidkollar.com. If the promo code is expired or invalid, you cannot use that code for any purchases.
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, clearance, final, or end of season sales or other types of discounts. By David Kollar has the right to hold and/or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
12) Item Restocks
We do restock select items, however there is no guarantee of a restock of any particular item. To be notified of any restocks please sign up to our newsletter.
13) Are Your Clothes True To Size?
Most of our clothes fit True-To-Size, with the intention of highlighting your physique by accenting certain elements of your body. For more information, refer to the Size & Fit information on our Product Page(s).
